On the way home from the hospital. I can't hardly remember him being so small!
Our baby is turning one year old today! It feels like he's been with us forever but it also feels like this year has gone by so fast. It's been an amazing year and I can't imagine not having Jake with us now! He is such a great little boy and we have so much fun with him. It's so fun to watch him grow and learn to do new things and explore. He is such a blessing in our lives and it's amazing how much you can love such a little person. We love you Jacob!
